The Challenge
The introduction of the innovative CROSS2 management system, designed for the Volkswagen Group's dealership network, made the reporting systems adopted up to that point obsolete. Dealerships found themselves in need of redesigning their analysis tools to maintain access to business-critical information.
The Solution
We have developed a complete Business Intelligence system that allows access to and integration of data from CROSS2, Navision, VGI System, and proprietary archives (Access, Excel files, etc.). The solution allows all business functions - from General Accounting to Management Control, from the Human Resources Office to the Sales department - to once again have access to the fundamental information for the daily management of the dealership.
Sales and Stock Management
